Best Ever Bread Machine Loaf
Monday, October 15, 2012 at 12:08PM I might be one of the last people on earth to use that 1990s sensation, THE BREAD MACHINE, but I hope not! Because this is my favorite recipe for bread baked in my bread machine. It's a white bread that's a slight take on a brioche-style and I know exactly what's gone in to it. No HFCS here! The bread includes both egg and milk which makes the finished a hearty treat with a crispy crust.

I found this recipe randomly searching for the best bread machine recipe. I loved this bread, is has a lovely dense crumb, soft texture and wonderful flavor. I love egg breads. My only complaint is that this is definitely a 2 pound loaf. I have a 1.5 pound loaf bread machine and it spilled over, touching the top of my machine window, etc, so I had to pull some out, making the loaf not as pretty. It still tasted wonderful, but I'll try and decrease the water and flour next time to see if that helps.
